There is nothing better in this world than seeing God at work in people's lives. He is faithful in building his church, drawing a people to Himself and growing them in faith and in the image of His son, Jesus.
While I was at university, God showed me that my knowledge of Him did not make me a Christian. He made me see that He requires humble obedience to Him and for me to trust His plans for me and the world, plans far greater than my own.
Since then, He has continued growing me through the encouragement of many faithful Christians. They have demonstrated faithful obedience, sacrifice in service, and challenged me to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
Through this ministry apprenticeship, I will get to continue serving Jesus and His church at Crossroads Christian Church and Scripture Union ACT. I will be strengthening my conviction in the Gospel, maturing my character, and developing competency in ministry.
I want to reach and serve the people of Canberra; that those who do not know God would hear His gospel, and that Christians might be equipped for a lifetime of serving God wholeheartedly, without reservation, whatever their circumstances.
